Phantom BJJ is a part of the Foster BJJ family, and the home of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in King County. Head Coach, Bing Crook, has been training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since 2005, and received his Black Belt from BJJ Black Belt, James Foster, on September 14, 2013.
With the help and guidance of Coach Foster, and the love for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu on October, 2011, Bing decided to take his passion for coaching and open his own school.
Whether you are a beginner or advanced and looking to compete, are completely new to martial arts or you just want to have a fun hobby that keeps you in shape, Phantom BJJ offers a safe and friendly place to train and learn.
